At eXtreme Restraints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
